Infinity scarf -- how to!

I've had this same scarf for almost five years, and I like it, but it's soo long that I can't find a stylish way to wear it without it looking awkward. So upon my searching yesterday, one of my inpsirational blogs, I found a DIY infinity scarf tutorial. It seemed very simple, and I decided I'd give it a try! Today I grabbed that old scarf of mine and turned it from drab to fab in less than ten minutes :) All you need is a scarf and scissors.

This is the awkward way I used to wear it, just wrapped around a couple times with the ends hanging free or I would tie them, but was never satisfied with how it looked.

Start by making sure your scarf is straight and not twisted anywhere. Put the ends of the scarf side-by-side.

You will simply tie each side together, making them one. I tripled knotted mine, just incase!

After you tie them all together, trim the ends very short.

And that's it!! Now you have a beautiful infinity scarf :) Mine is long enough to wear a few different ways. The above picture is with it wrapped around twice.

This picture is with it wrapped around three times for a nice, cozy feel! I can't wait to wear it out for the first time in years; No more sitting on the shelf for this scarf!
