Tomorrow is a New Year!

2011 has been a very memorable year for me and my family! We welcomed an amazing little girl into this world, who has brought our family a ton of happiness, and much more to come! Our son started Kindergarten and is excelling beautifully! We couldn't be more blessed for all that we have, and those that are a part of our lives! I know that 2012 is going to open a whole new "set of doors" for us, and I'm thrilled to see the opportunities!

Do you give yourself a "New Years Resolution"? I think it's great to give yourself something to work towards... As a family, we chose two things that will sort of benefit us all! One is: taking off our shoes before stepping on any carpet. Our little girl is already rolling all over the floors and once she starts crawling, she's going to cover ever inch of the floor! I saw something on Dr. Oz once about all of the things people track on carpet with their shoes, GROSS! The second is: not allowing our dog, Lola, on the couch. We love her so much and want her to be comfortable, but it's so embarrassing when we have company over and they get her hair all over them, and it's quite aggravating when we constantly get it on our clothes too. I think these are two very manageable and possible resolutions! Clean floors and a clean couch, makes a happy Mommy :)
