Rehearsal Dinner - - the perfect dress!

It's the night before your big day, the day you've been planning for, for months.. The rehearsal dinner is the night where you need to take a deep breath and say "it's here"!! Look forward to spending the evening with family and friends and admiring all of the hard work and preparation it took you to get there. If you have a wedding planner or consultant, they have taken care of mostly everything, and it should all be organized and ready for you and your bridal party! The night should be mapped out accordingly: Placement of the ushers, seating of the mothers and grandmothers, pairing of bridesmaids and groomsmen, order of which they will walk down the isle, flower girl and ring bearer, and lastly, you and your father, or person of choice, walking you down the isle. Go through your vows at least once, saying them fully, unless of course they are personally written and will be presented on that day! Go through each step a minimum of three times, making sure everyone is comfortable and knows their placement. After all the practice, it's time to celebrate! Enjoy dinner with those you love, give a speech thanking each person for their support and being part of your special day, and give bridesmaids and groomsman's gifts. If you hired a wedding planner, at this point you are pretty much ready to pack up and head off with the girls for a night of relaxing before the big day! Otherwise, you will probably have to stay behind with the girls and decorate your venue. Or if you have family willing, have them stay and decorate. Just remember, cherish this time, take it all in, it goes by so fast, and you shouldn't be anything but happy :)
