- Non-stick muffin pan
- Cooking spray
- A dozen and a half eggs
- Milk, to mix in eggs
- Your choice of veggies and/ or meats ( I used green peppers, onion, mushrooms, bacon, sausage)
- Sharp cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper
Pour egg mixture 3/4 full into muffin pan. Add a little salt and pepper to each. Add desired ingredients. Make a variety of mixtures. Top with sharp cheddar. Place in a pre- heated oven to 375 for 30 minutes. And voila, super yummy egg muffins! That's what's for breakfast :) The great thing about these, are you can add anything you like for your (and your families) preference, and you can bag and freeze these for a quick, easy breakfast on the go!
