Make this for breakfast Christmas morning!

Again, thanks to my Pinterest addiction, I found a recipe I wanted to try to, pre-make and freeze, for Christmas morning breakfast. It's just about the easiest recipe, anyone can do it! Here's what you'll need :
  • Non-stick muffin pan
  • Cooking spray
  • A dozen and a half eggs
  • Milk, to mix in eggs
  • Your choice of veggies and/ or meats ( I used green peppers, onion, mushrooms, bacon, sausage)
  • Sharp cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper
First, begin by cooking your sausage and bacon to ensure it's finished in time. Conveniently, I have measuring cups that have a pour spout, so I just added my eggs and milk and mixed.

Pour egg mixture 3/4 full into muffin pan. Add a little salt and pepper to each. Add desired ingredients. Make a variety of mixtures. Top with sharp cheddar. Place in a pre- heated oven to 375 for 30 minutes. And voila, super yummy egg muffins! That's what's for breakfast :) The great thing about these, are you can add anything you like for your (and your families) preference, and you can bag and freeze these for a quick, easy breakfast on the go!
