Hosting a Party

The holiday season is the perfect time to host a party, whether it be just to hang out with the girls or to encourage a little early Christmas shopping! This year, more than any other, I have been invited to in-home consultant parties; including Pampered Chef, Thirty-One, and Tastefully Simple. Not only is it a great time to catch up with friends and socialize a little during this busy time of year, but it opens up the opportunity to get some really unique gifts out of the way, maybe a few things for yourself too ;)

My favorite so far this year is Thirty-One. Thirty-One is a Christian based organization that is designed to let women work from home, hosting parties and earning an income based on the effort they put in. I've not used the products yet, but I've heard great things about them and after attending my first party, I'm still waiting to receive my order; any day now!! I can't wait to get organized with style...

This Sunday, November 13th, I am hosting a Jewelry Party for LaRae's Sterling Treasures, owned and operated by my dear Aunt, LaRae Smith. This will be an Open house- style party beginning at 2 p.m. and ending at 5 p.m. This gives the guest a three hour time period to attend, staying any amount of time they desire. I really hope it goes well, people are terrible at RSV Ping these days, ha ha.

If you have a friend or family member that sells for an organization, you should consider hosting a party! Not only does it benefit them, but most of the companies offer perks for the host, some even free things! Happy holidays :)
