Here's what you're going to need:
- one cup of sugar
- one cup of peanut butter (more if you like them rich)
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 tbsp. of nutella (more or less to your liking!)
Gather all your ingredients and mix in a mixing bowl until mixed entirely. Spray non-stick spray on a baking sheet and preheat oven to 350. Use a small cookie scoop, place on cookie sheet and press the center with a fork vertically and horizontally. Bake for 6-9 minutes. I baked mine for 6 minutes in my gas oven because we like them soft, I definitely recommend baking them about 9 minutes if you like them somewhat hard!
You really can't go wrong with these cookies!! This is a recipe I'll be keeping around for many years :) Simple, quick and the kids loved them! This is even a great recipe for the kids to help out with and not make a huge mess!
Oh these are my favorite to make!!
ReplyDeleteYou can't beat this recipe!! So simple and delish :) Thanks for stopping by doll!
DeleteI love peanut butter cookies. These look so easy to make and look really good.

DeleteI have just realised I havnt baked cookies since I moved out of my parents house 10 years ago! Wow that is bad isnt it, guess Im more of a muffin girl. Looks like these would be an easy cookie to break the cookie baking drought :)
ReplyDeleteCame over from Posed Perfection ~ do you realize that "etsy" is spelled "Esty" at the heading of your blog? First thing I noticed.
ReplyDeleteWell thank you very much for stopping by, I've not noticed that, thank you so much for pointing it out ;)
DeleteI have always wanted to make these cookies. I love the addition of Nutella. Since nutella already has sugar, do you find the extra cup of sugar is too much? I would think you would need to decrease the sugar a bit or they would be too sweet.
ReplyDeleteSuzy, thanks for your comment! I would just suggest playing around with the ingredients to your liking! I didn't find that they were too sweet with this amount of ingredients, but someone else may disagree! Hope that helps ;)
DeleteOh yummy, we love Nutella. Thanks for sharing an easy recipe!
ReplyDeleteWe do too!! And you're more than welcome Brandi :)
DeleteThe easiest cookies ever..you couldn't have said that fast enough for me to come and check it out! I love Nutella and even though I'm not a big fan of PB I'm sure I could use almond butter instead with great results. Love the simplicity of the ingredients but the big flavor...oh...and the happy faces! thanks for sharing! Lizy
ReplyDeleteI have to be honest, I've never had almond butter! If you give it a try, I'd love to know how it turns out :) Thanks so much for stopping over Lizabeth!
